"I have been in the construction business for 42 years. I started out in a mountain resort building weekend cabins, which lead to custom homes and a move into a private resort community which led into build custom luxury homes. Then I went into industrial construction and tilt up buildings. I went from that to commercial office buildings and finally ended up with a with a Fellowship Center for a church.

The church building had a commercial large commercial kitchen. I knew nothing about commercial kitchens. I talked to several commercial kitchen contractors before deciding to sign a contract with PKNW. They were a great choice! Alex and Karina were very helpful and patient. We bought some new equipment but mostly used. We relied heavily on Alex and he did not disappoint us. His workmanship and installation of the hood and associated systems were quick and well done. No problems with the City or the Fire Department. The end result is very impressive! I learned a lot, but I would not do it again without PKNW carrying the load! Needless to say, I highly recommend them."
